Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the health choices of all to which we respect, some may not want another client in the studio at the same time. Here at Whipped Studios - Lash Bar, we use the finest lashes on the market. Our lashes are the deepest of blacks ranging from different curls, lengths, and weights. Our lashes are animal cruelty-free. Typically during eyelash installation, we use 100% Cashmere lashes, which are the softest and curl holding lash on the market. We're currently working on our proprietary lash line, no just slapping a name on a Chinese brand, but a brand that we stand behind and more importantly a brand you trust!
Whipped Studios - Lash Bar, uses top-shelf adhesives to maximize its performance and your retention. If you are sensitive to eyelash extension glue, please consult with your lashtician, this is extremely important. Our glues do contain Cyanoacrylate, which is a chemical in all adhesives because they all contain the same basic ingredients. There are also inhibitors that are added to adhesives to prevent immediate curing, which some could also be allergic to. So again, if if you are "allergic" to one glue, most likely you will be allergic to them all.
You probably are asking, do you use "sensitive" glue? Sensitive glue is typically code for clear glue because some people are allergic to the carbon black within the glue. We here at Whipped Studios - Lash Bar find it very difficult to differentiate if a person is allergic to the cyanoacrylate, inhibitors, or carbon black, so if you are allergic to any ingredients, we will not service you.
Whipped Studios - Lash Bar is a cruelity free space. Now this is when we get a little serious. We just don't believe that mink is an absolute. We use 100% Cashmere lashes to give you the softest most fluffiest lashes on the market.
What you need to know about mink. Please be weary of anyone who says they can place mink lashes on you for $100.00. Most likely it's not 100% mink, meaning the animal named mink and it's fur. Authentic mink lashes can minimally cost you $300.00 for a full set.
Most people use the term "mink" to simply say they're soft lashes which are made of the same syntehtic material called PBT (Polybutylene terphthalate). Mink is fur/hair that can be curled daily, they are super soft and like natural lash hair the don't have a deep curl, and if curled, they fall.
We don't believe we need the life of this precious animal when we can have something just as beautiful, soft, fluffy and curly in our Cashmere lashes.
The cost can vary depending on application type, but usually between $125 and $195. Typically fills are a fraction of the price. To view full pricing, please click here.
Getting a new set can take up to 2.45 hours. We work maticously to place one extension on each of the clients natural lashes. Because the length of time, please ensure you can lay on your back for this amount of time. You do have the ability to stretch if needed, we just ask that you keep your eyes closed. You may also bring any back braces that you typically use for your own comfort.
Fills take a much shorter time, from 50 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on lash loss.
Please remove eye make-up, especially mascara. We ask that you do not wear mascara at least 24 hours prior to your appointments. Mascara can leave micro debris that prevent the adhesive sticking to your lashes, which absolutely will result in lash fall off.
If you wear contacts, please bring your case, so that you can place them in it during the process. You can put them back in after the application have been completed.
Avoid drinking caffeine prior to your appointment. This can cause your eyes to flutter, which can make it difficult to lash.
Try not to drink lots of water and use the restroom before you come.
You can earn rewards by simply logging on or creating an account.
You earn 2 WS Points for every dollar spent. Your points for product purchases are shown immediately. Points for appointments are shown, once you check in after (Up to 72 hours) your appointment has been completed.
You can use your points for anything on the Whipped Studios website, except training courses.
Any returns, will deducted from your earning balance.
* Please note, point accumulation and rewards can change at anytime without notice.
No, please do not shave between appointments. Shaving between appointments can irritate the area and throw off your hair cycle resulting in your next wax being potentially more painful. Shaving between waxing also restarts your growth cycle. Waxing should be as consistent as possible for the best results.
Be gentle. Do not rub or pull on your eyelash extensions.
Keep your Eyelash Extensions dry for 24 hours after your appointment.
You may wash your face in the sink using a washcloth, avoiding the eye area.
Keep all oil-based products away from the eyes and remember that everything on your face will travel to the eye area.
Oil WILL breakdown the adhesive and you will have premature lash extension loss.
Your hands can get dirty, and dirt is oily, so you’ll want to keep your fingers off your eyes unless cleansing.
Lash tinting will need to be done 72 hours before your lash fill appointments.
No perming the lashes!
No saunas, facials, or swimming within 48 hours of application.
Do not use Eyelash Curlers.
You should be careful and take specific care with makeup and remover.
Do not use cotton on your lash extensions.
Wash your lashes (after the initial 24 hours). Apply oil-free makeup remover with your fingers, rubbing gently down the lashes.
Or you may apply oil-free makeup remover to your lashes using a disposable mascara wand. Spray onto wand, brush through lashes gently, and rinse with warm water.
Mascara should be washable and cannot be waterproof.
We do not recommend mascara however if you do wear it ensure it's not waterproof. There is specific mascara made for eyelash extensions if you must wear it. Please keep in mind, mascara can cause build-up to your extensions that can not be removed and can require the set being fully removed and replaced with a new set.
Do not attempt to remove any lashes on your own, call us for an appointment.
Brush your lashes daily.
Remember:
1) We aren’t attaching airplane parts! Aggressive behavior towards the lashes will cause the lash extensions to come off.
2) Keep them dry for 24 hours after application. If you wear eye shadows and liners, you will need to keep it on or re-apply over it.
3) Keep oil off your lashes, including oils from your fingers.
4) If you wash them, you will wear them longer. Be sure to cleanse daily to remove oils.
5) Brushing solves most problems. Try brushing the lashes gently if you notice something amiss.

We love this question! Why? It truly depends. The typical fill can be anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on you! Every individual is different. Oily skin, sweating from consistent workouts, swimming, long showers, hot tubs, saunas, they all impact your lashes. Remember, when installing lashes properly very little adhesive is used for the health of your naturals. Overstimulating them can lead to falling off, not to mention natural lash shedding. Yes, just like animals, we shed too! You lose up to 21 natural lashes per week, so depending on how many natural lashes you have can also tell the story of how often you need to come in for a fill.
Check out this information about Natural Lash Shedding and reasons your extensions are falling out. Click here...
YES!! Cleaning is important. If someone has told you "Don't get them wet", RUN!! Run fast. LOL, but for real, I like to ask, would a doctor advise you not to have good hygiene? Not a doctor I've met. It's the same with your extensions. Please ensure you are cleaning them properly using a lash shampoo. Lash Shampoo is specifically formulated to clean extensions. They are oil-free and sensitive for the eyes. Giving your lashes a good cleaning will help your retention by wiping away the oil build-up and also ensuring they are clean when getting your fills. Having clean lashes is like an artist having a white canvas to start their great works on. So yes, just don't wet them clean them, as it will also prevent bacteria build-up which can cause eye infections.
You can pick up Whipped Studios Complete Cleaning Cleanser right here on our site. This cleanser is formulated not only to remove oil but make-up too! You can use this shampoo on your entire face while keeping both your face fresh and lashes clean. Click here to order your Whipped Studios Complete Cleaning Cleanser.
Can you? Yes, but why would you? The main advantage of lash extensions is so that you don't have to however if between fills it's needed to fill in the gaps or make look fuller you can. DO NOT use any oil-based or waterproof mascara's. Those types of mascara will dissolve the adhesive and cause your eyelash extensions to fall off.
What products do we recommend? We will share a list of products that we've seen work for our own clients and share.
My suggestion would be not to use it unless it's absolutely needed. And if you do, remember not to wear any at least 24+ hours before your fill. Mascara is the hardest make-up to remove as it leaves small debris in your extensions. 24 hours will give you a couple of washes to remove the debris of the mascara before your fill.
Well again, retention is based on individual and that individual's activity. The first 24 hours are crucial to ensure you have a strong bond. Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours and please don't pull and avoid touching them, yes that also means brushing them. We also reccommend avoiding spa's and swimming for the first 48 hours for the best results.
Be gentle with your extensions. Pro Tip: We use our Finger Technique when we teach our clients to brush. Placing your pointy finger under the lash while you brush through eleviating the tension you would normally have when brushing by pulling the lashes downward.
You can also use a Protective Coating 1-2 per week. This allows you to preserve the look and extend the life of your extensions. The coating can give them a beautiful shine and prevent tangling.
Avoid oil-based products around the eyes and face.
Most importantly, getting a fill every two to three weeks to maintain maximum fullness.
As your natural lashes shed, the eyelash extensions will go with them. However, if needed they can be professionally removed. Please do not attempt to remove them on your own. There are many DIY methods like using oil. This can work but it will take lots of time and massaging the lashes. Most people don't take their time and pull their natural lashes out which can lead to permament damage.
A professional lashtician can remove them with a specially formulated adhesive remover. The process can take 15-30 minutes.

It can. Obviously smoking is personal choice and if you choose to there can be lash consequence.
Most people tend to use lighters. When they do, they bend the head towards the lighter and without knowing it, singe their lashes because they're to close to the heat. Our suggestion would be to look upwards while lighting if need be.
